By accessing www.seraxi.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Use of the Seraxi products themselves is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

The Seraxi name, the Trace, Keep, and Lens product names, logos, text, graphics, and design are the property of Seraxi or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No right or licence is granted except the limited right to view the Site.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions and forward-looking statements may change; nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seraxi is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
